Come join us for a fun interactive class in the pool with your child. Participate in structured and unstructured activities led by
instructors to explore the water through using games, songs, and swimming tools. For adults, cardiovascular exercises as well as muscle toning exercises will be included in the class. Spend time and have fun with your child while getting an important fitness a routine in!
This class is for children 6 months to 4 years with participating adult. Dates and fees are listed in the summer program brochure and require advance registration.
Waterball is a game where players will use lazy river tubes to move across the water to score goals against the opposing team. Players will incorporate passing the ball back and forth 4 times to teammates before they can shoot the ball into the goal. Defending teams will use water blasters to keep the opposing team from scoring. The team with the most points will win the competition.
Enjoy Water Walkers, Lazy River Walking and H2O Cardio Fitness with this punch card option. Choose what class you want to attend and when you want to attend.

Water walking is easy and a low-impact way to strengthen your body. You can walk forward and backward using the natural resistance of the water with short steps, long steps, average steps, or step kicks to provide a great alternative to land walking. Brisk water walking is more strenuous than it looks and can provide an excellent aerobic workout, burning 300 to 500 calories per hour. This class is uninstructed. We will provide water weights and water noodles for your use. Water Walkers does not require advance registration. Participants will purchase a punch card at the BCC Registration Counter or may also gain access to the program by purchasing a Splash membership or paying a regular price daily fee. This is a year round program.
Cross train with this full-body workout that will include water weight training, deep water movement/running with weights, strengthening yoga, and stretching. Participants will have a mid to high intensity workout that will keep your body guessing. Don’t like one aspect of the class? We can mold to your needs. Anyone can do it from beginner to expert. This is a drop in program or you may register for the entire session.
